Job skill training should be a results-oriented business. The quality of our work and programs are best measured by the graduation rate of students and the employment rate of graduates. At Turing School, we blazed the trail for open, transparent data reporting in the industry.
Below you can find our two key reporting tools:
1.) Our Quarterly Employment Report, which has a faster reporting term and explains what we're seeing in the job market
2.) Reports published on the Council for Integrity in Results Reporting (CIRR), a coalition of developer training programs who have agreed to common definitions, standards, and schedules for detailed reporting of student outcomes. Those reports are published twice a year, but have a very long data collection and auditing window.
